Navigate to the eCommerce Server by going to system, interface servers and choosing eCommerce.
For the server to import orders 24/7 it needs to be open.
The recommended time between cycles is 30 minutes but may be set longer or shorter if you prefer.
If the server needs to be stopped at a certain time during the day/night, possibly for doing a backup, check the stop/restart server automatically option and input start/stop times. The server can also be stopped anytime manually by clicking stop. An example would be if you need to get everyone out of ProfitMaker for something such as indexing files.
The print report option needs to be selected to either print on stop or print on close.
In the options button, select the options needed. Anytime the server window is reopened the selections need to be entered again as they do not save.
To cycle the server manually click on cycle now. Any order that has a green light has been imported. If there is a triangle you need to click on it to edit the bill to account and it will import on the next cycle.
