In order for an item to show up on an eCommerce Gold website it has to have an appropriate customer price record attached on the cust price tab of the item master. Multiple price records can be set up for one item.
To add the price record, in an item master on the cust price tab, click on edit pricing and choose add.
Enter the program and the prices and any quantity breaks needed here. If you are going to use the minimum quantity feature, just start the quantity break at the minimum quantity desired.
Special prices can be added with the date ranges that they will be used, below the columns for regular pricing. This will activate the sale icon image on the viewitem and viewcategory pages in eCommerce and also display the special prices on the site.
Clicking the edit eCommerce button allows inputting the categories that the item will show under on the site. You can have up to five categories for each item. Selecting new item will work with the new icon feature in eBuilder. When this is checked, it will display an image on the viewitem and viewcategory pages in eCommerce.
If the item is a gift certificate that is for sale on the site this field would be checked. Maximum order quantity can be used here. If you enter maximum quantity, you will not be able to order more than that quantity on the website. Suggested items can also be used in this section. This will display the suggested item on the website to the right of the page.
