How Do You Add a One Time Setup Charge for OP Items? - Fulfillment

Setup an "MC" item master to be used in the BOM of an OP Item

1. Enter the fulfillment order with the OP item
2. As the last item of the fulfillment order, add the "OP" item - "SETUP"
3. Transfer the Drop Ship order to PO
4. Edit the PO and be sure the vendor on the PS part of the OP is the same vendor as the PS on the decorated item and change the cost as needed. If you have to add a vendor on the MC item of the Setup OP Item, use the same one as the PS item 
5. Then print the packing list and manifest
6. Then print the PO
7. During vouching on the setup item, change the qty to 0(Zero) with no cost and mark the line complete for received and vouched. Vouch the PS item of the decorated OP item as normal and dist frt/other, which will distribute the setup cost to each item.
8. During Bill/Ship zero out the cost of the Setup item, as cost already applied to the decorated item.
