Built-in Calculator in ProfitMaker
Did you know that the ProfitMaker system has a built-in calculator?
For example, if you are in the Vouching/Adjustments/Auto-vouching function and have the curser located in a numeric field (i.e. the invoice amount or discount amount), you can press the down arrow key. A calculator will appear that can be used for any mathematical need.

Some customers have asked how typing in a number in a numeric field opens the calculator. While in a numeric field, opening the calculator while pressing the number 2 key in the 10-key area of the keyboard indicates a deactivated Num Lock. When the Num Lock is turned off, the number 2 key in the 10-key area is the equivalent of the down arrow key. Thus, the calculator function is activated.
